Here are the places where you can find the serial number of your TPE:

- If your TPE is a Telium model:

1. Press the "F" key

2. Touch dot "." a shortcut appears on the screen, enter 19

3. Validate with the green key, the display of the serial number appears on the screen.

You can also look on the label on the back of your TPE (and not on the base if your TPE is portable), the number following the acronym "SN" corresponds to your serial number.

- If your TPE is a Tetra model:

1. Press "param"

2. Select "control panel"

3. Go to "terminal information" then "hardware information"

4. Click on "print", you will find the serial number at the top of your ticket.
