My pin-pad says "security warning," what should I do?
If your Pinpad displays the message "Irruption alert", you can follow the following steps:
1. Turn off the tpe (be sure to follow the instructions carefully so as not to damage your device)
2. Unplug the Pinpad
3. Turn the EPT back on
4. Check whether or not the message "Alert irruption" appears on the TPE (if the message appears on the screen of the payment terminal, it is the terminal which is in security mode, please contact the technical department at 0892164750 ( service 0.40€/min + price of a call), if the message is not displayed on the terminal, it is the Pin pad, you must therefore contact the consumable service on 0 811 130 then 011)
4. Deactivate the pinpad (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6L9aNL3DtGk) on the Telium range only (TPE ICT), in order to be able to continue collections directly on the terminal
