My remote collection ticket has not been issued because I have no more paper, what should I do?
If your telecollection ticket has not come out because you have run out of paper, please replace your empty reel (deek link to how to put a reel)
First, pull out a lookup ticket to see if the cards are in memory:
- If they are there: start a manual remote collection: if it comes out with an error message, please contact the technical department on 0892 164 750 (service €0.40/min + price of a call)
- If they are not there: make a duplicate of the remote collection (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Guzls4tpsRE and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rwXmVrm3zCE according to the model of your TPE)
