My tickets are not printing, what should I do?
If your tickets are not printed, several checks must be made:
- Check that the paper is thermal by making a line with your fingernail (if a black trace appears, it is the right paper. If there is no trace: change the roll)
- Change the direction roller (because only one side is thermal)
- Check that the roll is correctly inserted: it must be placed at the bottom of the slot and the paper must not pass through the axes.
