My TPE is frozen on the 'debit payment proximity' screen, what should I do?
If your EPT is frozen on the "nearby payment debit" screen, here is the procedure to follow:
1. Remove the TPE from its base and switch it off by simultaneously pressing the yellow button and the dot for portable devices, switch off electrically for fixed devices (be sure to follow the instructions carefully, so as not to damage your device)
2. Take the battery out and put it back in (you should hear a small beep)
3. Turn your TPE back on (and put it back on its base for portable models)
4. Launch a remote collection manually
