The numeric keypad of my TPE no longer responds, what should I do?
When your TPE no longer responds, here is the procedure to follow:
1. Turn off your TPE
2. Remove the battery from your TPE
3. Put your TPE on its base and check that it turns on again
4. Replace the battery
If your TPE still displays a blue screen with a smiley face, perform a cross test on another electrical outlet or change the power cord if you have another TPE. If the problem persists, please contact our technical department on 0892164750 (service 0.40€/min + price of a call)
