When I receive a payment, my EPT tells me "abandon debit", what should I do?
A few prerequisites are necessary:
- Make sure that the internet connection on site
- Switch off then switch on your tpe
- Start a manual remote collection:
> If it works (successful transmission), you can try again with a credit card
> If it does not work: contact our technical department on 0892164750 (service 0.40€/min + price of a call)
