In the "Summary" section of your application, click on the transaction you wish to refund. A page is displayed: click on "Refund this transaction".

Enter the amount to be refunded and confirm.

Warning ! Make sure you have the necessary funds in your account to process the refund.

Enter your personal code to validate the operation.

Important: a refund is possible up to a maximum of 2 months after the transaction.
