How do I print a consultation ticket on my payment terminal?
To print a consultation ticket on your TPE (Move 5000 or Desk 5000),
1. Press the "param" icon on the home screen of your payment terminal
2. Then click on the “CB EMV” item
3. In this menu, choose "Consultation"
4. The screen displays “printing” and prints your totals (numbers, amounts and transactions).
5. You can choose the type of journal to print, to do this, choose:
- "1-Abouties" for printing the log of completed transactions (titled completed log)
- "2-Unsuccessful" for printing the log of unsuccessful transactions (titled incident log)
- "3-All" to print the complete log of successful and unsuccessful transactions.
6. Once you have selected your choice, click on “All” to print the log of all successful and unsuccessful transactions (depending on your previous choice) or “only one”. At this time, enter the number of the transaction to be printed (1 to 3 digits) and validate.
7. Then press the "cancel" button to return to the home screen
