My TPE indicates 'out of range', what should I do?
When your TPE indicates "out of range", this means that the base no longer communicates with your payment terminal. In this case, here is the procedure to follow:
1. Switch off then switch on your TPE
2. Electrically disconnect your TPE for 1 min (to do this, disconnect the round tip on the back of the base)
3. Put your TPE back on the base
4. When the TPE turns on again, please contact our Technical Department on 0892164750 (service 0.40€/min + price of a call)
5. Launch a remote collection to check that the transmission is successful
